Spicy Roti was best treat for spice lovers so i made this spicy Roti

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Chappathi -5
  2. Capsicum - 1/2 cup
  3. Onion -1/2 cup
  4. Red chilli -2
  5. Ginger and garlic -2 teaspoon
  6. Cinnamon +cardamom +cloves 1/2 teaspoon
  7. Red chilli powder or red chilli sauce -1 teaspoon
  8. Cumin powder -1 teaspoon
  9. Coriander powder -1 teaspoon
  10. Tomato sauce - 2 teaspoon
  11. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Take a chappathi and cut it square shape.
  2. Add oil, and add red chillies
  3. Add onions and saute well.
  4. Add capsicum, and ginger garlic paste +( cloves + cardamom +cinnamon) paste. I ground all to gether.
  5. Add Red Chilly powder, coriander powder, cumin powder.
  6. Add salt to taste.
  7. Add tomato sauce, Cook well until the raw smell out.
  8. Add roti pieces
  9. Mix well and cook for 3 minutes
  10. Then switch off the flame and Ready to serve it
