Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Cauliflower -1 medium size
  2. All purpose flour - 1/2cup
  3. Egg - 2
  4. Baking powder -1/2tbsp
  5. Mix herb - 1/2tbsp
  6. Crushed black pepper powder - 1/2tbsp
  7. Crushed Garlic - 1tbsp
  8. salt as per taste
  9. Oil - 1/2cup
  10. Green chili chopped -1tbsp (optional)

Instructions

  1. First cut the cauliflower into medium peace and wash it properly.
  2. Then take a large pan add some water with 1 tbsp of salt and let it boil then add the chopped cauliflower allow it for half cooked .
  3. Then strain the water and let it cool,then make it half crushed and keep it aside.
  4. Then take another bowl and add all purpose flour,egg,baking powder,mix herb,crushed black pepper,garlic,salt and mix it properly .
  5. Then add the crushed boiled cauliflower and mix it properly to make a thick paste.
  6. Now take a pan add little oil,once oil is hot then take 1 full tbsp of cauliflower mixture and put it on pan and give it like a patties shape.
  7. At a time you can make 2-3 in a pan. then fry it with medium flame till golden brown from both sides.Same process follow to prepare all pan cake.
  8. Then serve hot with tomato ketchup.
