      Ingredients to make Waldorf Salad

      • 2 Red apples cut in thin slices
      • 2 Green apples cut in thin slices
      • 8 Black olives cut in rings
      • 4 tbsp Eggless mayonnaise
      • 1 Yellow capsicum chopped
      • 6 Lettuce leaves washed and dried
      • Salt and pepper for seasoning
      • 2 tbsp lemon juice

      How to make Waldorf Salad

      1. Place the red, green apples, olives, capsicum in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
      2. Add lemon juice and mayonnaise. Mix the ingredients well.
      3. Spoon the salad on lettuce leaves.
      4. Serve chilled or at room temperature.

      My Tip:

      Egg mayonnaise can be used too. Add pineapples for a tangy taste.
