Corn Cheese Spinach Cigars

Ingredients to make Corn Cheese Spinach Cigars

  • 1 cup greated cheese
  • 1 cup blanched chopped spinach
  • 1 cup boiled corn
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black paper powder
  • 1 teaspoon green chilly paste
  • 10 spring role sheet
  • oil for frying
  • 3 tablespoon maida slurry

How to make Corn Cheese Spinach Cigars

  1. In a mixing bowl add all above ingredients
  2. Mix well
  3. Now cut the spring role sheet into 3 parts
  4. Add 1_1 teaspoon stuffing on it
  5. Apply maida slurry in corners
  6. Role it
  7. Give the shape like cigars
  8. Heat the oil
  9. Fry all cigars on medium flame till became crispy
  10. Serve with ketchup
