we can bake cakes in presuure cooker. put the cooker lid in the bottom. place the pot we get along with cooker ,filling it with cake batter. cook.ordinary sponge cake takes 25,30 min only. u can test it with a lean stick,putting through the hole in the top. if the stick comes out clean ,then cake is baked. Dont Add Water Or Weight.
