Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Cinnamon powder 1 teaspoon
  2. Water 2 to 3 glasses
  3. Honey 1 teaspoon (optional)

Instructions

  1. Take good quality of cinnamon and prepare fine powder in Mixie
  2. In a container take 2 to 3 glasses of water and 1 teaspoon of Cinnamon powder
  3. Mix well and allow it to boil
  4. When it starts boiling , slow down the heat and let it boil till half of the original quantity
  5. Strain it before drinking
  6. Drink it as hot cup of tea or coffee as last thing in night , before hitting the bed
  7. It will surely give results within a month , do try it ..
