Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Rice atta 250gms
  2. Water 2/3cups
  3. Azwain 1/2tsp
  4. Salt 1/2tsp
  5. Hing 1/2 pinch
  6. Oil 3tsp
  7. Cumin seeds 1/2tsp
  8. Methi Dana 1/2tsp
  9. Red chili powder 1/2tsp
  10. Dhaniya powder 1tsp
  11. Dry mango powder 1tsp
  12. Channa masala 1tsp
  13. Sesame seeds 1tsp
  14. Green coriander leaves for garnishing

Instructions

  1. First mix rice atta, salt and azwain together and make saft dough by adding adequate water
  2. Keep one and half litre of water on gas and pinch of salt and one to of oil
  3. Bring it to boil
  4. Make small cutlets of rice dough and put them into boiling water
  5. Keep on stirring them to avoid sticking
  6. Allow it to boil for 15to20 minutes
  7. Strain all the water and spread boiled cutlets on muslin cloth
  8. Cut into half inch pieces
  9. Put two tsp oil in pan then add hing cumin seeds and methi Dana seed
  10. When it start spletter add all spices except sesame seeds
  11. Mix all cutlets into pan and allow it to become little crispy
  12. Turnoff gas, sprinkle sesame seeds and garnish with green coriander leaves
  13. Serve hot along with green chutney
