ABOUT CINNAMON MUSHROOM MERINGUE RECIPE

This recipe is to highlight one main spice cinnamon to a plain meringue. It's just only three main ingredient to form this main recipe.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Egg white 90grams
  2. Castor sugar 180grams
  3. Cinnamon powder 1 tablespoon
  4. Cream of tartar 2pinch (optional)
  5. Compound chocolate 30gms
  6. For base (according to the interest )
  7. All purpose flour 3 tablespoon
  8. Cinnamon powder 1 tablespoon
  9. Coco powder 1 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Whisk egg white until frothy in an electric beater.
  2. Add cream of tartar and whisk for five minutes.
  3. Add sugar three times little by little till you get soft stiff peaks.
  4. Add cinnamon powder.
  5. Mix gently with a spatula.
  6. Fill the cinnamon meringue in a piping bag.
  7. Preheat oven to 100 degrees centigrade.
  8. Pipe meringue in round shape and a small round with a small peak up.
  9. Dust cinnamon again on top of the piping meringue.
  10. Bake piped meringue for 6 0 minutes in 100 degrees centigrade.
  11. Melt chocolate and fix the stem to the round meringue.Let it rest upside down till it firmly fix.
  12. Mix coco and cinnamon powder to all purpose flour.
  13. The above mixture gives sand texture and a base to the beautiful cinnamon mushroom meringue.
  14. Beautiful cinnamon mushroom meringue is ready to consume.
