About Crostini Recipe

An Italian name for toasted bread topped with veggies and cheese.

Crostini

Ingredients to make Crostini

  • 250-300g Bread (baguette)
  • 2 tomatoes chopped
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese (grated)
  • 2 tbsp olive Oil
  • Salt and Ground pepper
  • Black olive (to top)

How to make Crostini

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.
  2. Slice bread and brush olive oil on both sides.
  3. Place bread slices on a baking sheet and bake for 10 mins.
  4. Place a spoonful of tomatoes and the sprinkle cheese.
  5. Top with olives and serve.
