ABOUT Crostini RECIPE

An Italian name for toasted bread topped with veggies and cheese.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 250-300g Bread (baguette)
  2. 2 Tomatoes chopped
  3. 2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese (grated)
  4. 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  5. Salt and Ground Pepper
  6. Black olive (to top)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.
  2. Slice bread and brush olive oil on both sides.
  3. Place bread slices on a baking sheet and bake for 10 mins.
  4. Place a spoonful of tomatoes and the sprinkle cheese.
  5. Top with olives and serve.
