Masoor dhal vegetable curry.

ABOUT Masoor dhal vegetable curry. RECIPE

This is a mixed vegetable sambhar with additional of two spices mainly coriander seeds and little chilli powder. It will be good for both rotis and plain rice.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Masoor dhal 1cup
  2. Carrot 2
  3. Beans 10
  4. Onion 1/2 number
  5. Tomato 2
  6. Chilli Powder 1/2 teaspoon
  7. Coriander powder 2teaspoon
  8. Mustard seed 1 teaspoon
  9. Cummin seeds 1/4 teaspoon
  10. Chopped ginger little
  11. Water 11/2cup
  12. Salt to taste
  13. Oil 1 teaspoon
  14. Coriander leaves for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Pressure cook masoor dhal carrot and beans together with 1cup of water.
  2. Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds and little cummin. Let it splutter.
  3. Add onionn, ginger and tomatoes to it. Add all coriander and chilli powder to it.
  4. Let it cook for a while.
  5. Add dhal vegetable and dhal mix to it.
  6. Add salt to taste. Add half cup of water and let it come to boil.
  7. Garnish it with coriander leaves.
