Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 500 gm apple
  2. 4 liter water for boiling
  3. 300 gm sugar
  4. 2 cup water for sugar syrup
  5. 1 tbsp cardamom powder
  6. 1 tsp lemon juice
  7. 2 silver varak for garnish

Instructions

  1. Wash the apples.
  2. Peel off the apples.
  3. In a pan add water for boiling and add peeled apples for 5 minutes keep boiling.
  4. Now switch off the flame and remove the apples from water.
  5. In another pan add sugar and water for sugar syrup boil it.
  6. Now add boiled apples.
  7. Now cook until the thick consistency.
  8. Add lemon juice.
  9. Our Apple murabba is ready garnish with silver varak.
