Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. 4-5 dates
  2. 1/4 cup warm milk
  3. 1/2 cup cold milk
  4. 1/4 cup thick coconut milk
  5. 3-4 blanched almonds
  6. 1 chilled ripe banana

Instructions

  1. Soak dates in warm milk for 30 minutes. Use deseeded dates or remove seeds. You can always use regular milk also instead of coconut milk
  2. Now blend all the ingredients together and serve immediately. I added garnishing only for pics. Drink as is after blending
