Beet roots is good for health,I made halwa in my style,it 's make is easy.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Beet roots grinded 1cup
  2. Jaggery 1/3 cup
  3. Bay leaves 2/3 ta
  4. Milk powder 21 gm
  5. Almonds 3tsp
  6. Raisin 2tsp
  7. Elachi 2ta
  8. Ghee 1tsp

Instructions

  1. Take a kodai
  2. Add beet roots and stir it until it is dry.
  3. Add bay leaves,stir it.
  4. Add Jaggery.
  5. Add milk powder , raisin also stir it continuously.
  6. Stir it .
  7. Now it's complete.
  8. Now it's time to serve it.thank you.
