Its mix of oats and corn with regular broken wheat daliya to give a more healthy twist. Its a soulful and complete meal for kids as well as elders too. I kept it simple by roasting in ghee then adding salt water and pressure cooked for three whistles. Rice and dal can also be added with some seasonal vegetables like peas carrots cauliflower etc for rich flavour and make it chatpata like pulao. Its up to you how you and your family likes it.
