Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1 cup Besan
  2. 1/2 cup ghee
  3. 3/4 cup caster sugar
  4. 1/2 cup mawa
  5. 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  6. 1 spoon cardamom powder


  1. Take a heavy bottom pan put ghee into it.
  2. Then fry Besan in ghee on low flame for about15 to 20 minutes.
  3. Till it gets brown and ghee gets shiny add mawa in it and mix it and sautey for another five minutes then switch off the gas.
  4. Then add sugar when sugar dissolves and cook till thick enough.
  5. Pour the mixture into greased tray.
  6. When it cools cut into small pieces and garnish with almond and magaj giri.
