Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 250 gm khas khas [poppy seeds]
  2. 1/2 kg milk
  3. 250 gm suger
  4. 25 piece almond
  5. 300 gm ghee
  6. Other dry fruits for garnishing


  1. Soak khas khas in 300 gm milk over night. Also soak almonds seperately in milk
  2. Drain out the excess water and transfer soaked khas khas into a mixer jar along with 4 to 5 tea spoon milk. Make a thin paste.
  3. Peel off almonds and grind it in a mixer but not a thin paste.
  4. Hot ghee in a pan. Add thin paste of khas khas and also add almond paste.
  5. Saute it until it turns golden brown.
  6. Add milk and sugar. Stir it until it gets thicker. Switch off the flame.
  7. Serve hot and garnish with almonds, cashew nuts and Pistachio.
