Easy to prepare and filling for the tummy. A happy treat!!! Packed with goodness of dates, banana and dry fruits will never disappoint at anytime. Suits best for pregnant women and elderly people.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Deseeded Dates - 4
  2. Ripened banana - 2
  3. Milk - 1 cup
  4. Chopped or powdered dryfruits - 1 teaspoon


  1. In a small pan add 1/4 cup of milk, dates and stir it for a minute until dates become soft. Alternatively you can add dates to hot milk and leave it for 5 to 10 minutes until it becomes soft
  2. Once milk + dates is cooled down take a blender, add milk + dates mixture, chopped bananas and grind it nicely
  3. Add remining milk and stir well
  4. Transfer to a glass and garnish with dry fruits
  5. Yummy delicious milkshake is ready
