ABOUT Mixed fruit Raita. RECIPE

This is an amalgamation of raita with some fresh fuits in it, a perfect accompaniment with pulao.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 apple
  2. 10 grapes
  3. 1/2 Pomegranate
  4. 1/2 pear
  5. 1/2 orange
  6. 1 banana
  7. 1 bowl curd
  8. Salt
  9. 1/2 tsp sugar
  10. 1/4 tsp black pepper
  11. 1/4 tsp roasted cumin seeds

Instructions

  1. Whisk the curd.
  2. Chop all the fruits into bite size pieces.
  3. Mix all the chopped fruits into the curd and mix well.
  4. Add salt, cumin seeds, pepper and sugar.
  5. Serve chilled.
