ABOUT Mini Uttapam RECIPE

This is a quick and easy version of uttapam that can be served for breakfast.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup suji [semolina]
  2. Salt
  3. 1 chopped onion
  4. 1 chopped tomato
  5. Some small panir cubes
  6. Green coriander.

Instructions

  1. Make a batter of semolina, little salt and water. The batter should be of thick consistency.
  2. Chop the vegetables and the paneer, mix them together. Add little salt and give it a mix.
  3. Heat a non stick tawa with some oil. Pour a ladle of the semolina batter onto the tawa, spread it thick.
  4. Now sprinkle the toppings of veggies and panir.
  5. Cook both sides
  6. Serve hot.
