ABOUT Egg Muffin RECIPE

Egg is a good source of protein,it is good for both pregnant and aged person.As we know that protein plays an important role to keep us healthy.Both pregnant woman and adult person need healthy foods alongside they also like some mouthwatering foods.These egg muffins are both healthy and lupsmacking dish as it has all the healthy ingredients and it need no oil also.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Eggs -4
  2. Onion-cut into thin sliced
  3. Capsicum-1cut into slices
  4. Chicken sauges-2(cut into small pieces)(optional)
  5. Cheese -1/2cup(grated)
  6. Salt to taste
  7. black pepper powder-1/4tsp
  8. Butter-1/2teaspoon(for greasing)
  9. Parsley-1tablesooon(chopped)

Instructions

  1. Crack eggs in a big bowl,beat them in a bowl
  2. Add sliced capsicum,sliced onions,chopped sasuges,grated cheese,salt and pepper
  3. Mix everything until well blended
  4. Grease muffin pans with a butter
  5. Pour the egg mixtures into every muffin pans
  6. Preheat oven at 180 degree C for 5 minutes
  7. Keep the muffin pan in the oven..bake for 10 to 15 seconds until top part will be thick from liquid part
  8. Remove from oven , serve and enjoy
