Ingredients to make Egg Muffin

  • eggs -4
  • onion-cut into thin sliced
  • capsicum-1cut into slices
  • chicken sauges-2(cut into small pieces)(optional)
  • Cheese -1/2cup(grated)
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper powder-1/4tsp
  • butter-1/2teaspoon(for greasing)
  • parsley-1tablesooon(chopped)

How to make Egg Muffin

  1. Crack eggs in a big bowl,beat them in a bowl
  2. Add sliced capsicum,sliced onions,chopped sasuges,grated cheese,salt and pepper
  3. Mix everything until well blended
  4. Grease muffin pans with a butter
  5. Pour the egg mixtures into every muffin pans
  6. Preheat oven at 180 degree C for 5 minutes
  7. Keep the muffin pan in the oven..bake for 10 to 15 seconds until top part will be thick from liquid part
  8. Remove from oven , serve and enjoy
