2 ingredient chocolate truffles is a fancy looking delicious dessert recipe to satisfy your sweet cravings this Christmas.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 250 grams dark chocolate
  2. 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  3. 1 tsp vanilla extract
  4. For coating: 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  5. 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
  6. 1/2 cup crushed walnuts


  1. Melt dark chocolate in a double boiler, keep stirring the chocolate in frequent intervals.
  2. Once the chocolate is melted let it cool down a bit and add vanilla extract to it.
  3. Add half cup of condensed milk to the melted chocolate and mix well.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for 15 minutes so the mixture is hard enough to make truffles.
  5. Take a small portion of mixture and make small size balls of it. 
  6. Coat the chocolate truffles with cocoa powder, desiccated coconut, crushed walnuts or any nuts of your choice.
  7. Chill for some more time or serve it like that. 
  8. Store in an air tight container. It stays good for 3-4 days.
