Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. All purpose flour 1 1/2 cups
  2. Thick curd 1 cup
  3. Hudson canola oil 1/4 cup
  4. Castor sugar 3/4 cup
  5. Baking soda 1/2 tsp
  6. Baking powder 1 1/4 tsp
  7. Vanilla extract 1 tsp
  8. Chocolate extract 1 tsp
  9. Coco powder 2 tbsp
  10. Milk 1-2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Sieve flour twice.
  2. Cream curd and sugar. Add baking soda and baking powder. Mix well and keep aside for 5 minutes.
  3. After 5 minutes, add oil in curd mixture and mix well.
  4. Add flour to this mixture and gently fold in until just combined.
  5. Divide the batter equally into two bowls
  6. In one batter add vanilla extract and mix well.
  7. In another half batter add cocoa powder and chocolate extract. Mix well. Add milk if required.
  8. Now pour the batters alternately in a greased baking tray and make swirls using a tooth pick.
  9. Bake in preheated oven at 180 C for 25-30 minutes.
