Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Egg 2
  2. Maida 80g
  3. Powdered Sugar 80g
  4. Raisins 2 tbsp
  5. Black currants 3 tbsp
  6. Cashews 2 tbsp
  7. Cherries 2 tbsp
  8. Candied ginger 1 tbsp
  9. Tuti fruti 2 tbsp
  10. Rum 1/2 cup
  11. Cinnamon pinch
  12. Cake Spice Powder 1 tsp


  1. First beat the eggs till ribbon stage
  2. Keep the oven on Preheat mode for 10 Minutes.
  3. Add in Flour and sugar mix to egg mix
  4. Cut and fold till both combines well.
  5. Do not over mix as on overmixing the air will move out.and the cake will Not become spongy.
  6. Add in spice mix.
  7. Soak all the dry fruits in rum for atleast 24 hours.
  8. Add In dryfruits.
  9. Add In a pinch of Cinnamon
  10. Bake the cake at 180℃ FOR around 20 minutes.
