Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 5 Boondi laddu
  2. 4 CUP MILK
  3. 2 tsp cashew paste
  4. 2 tsp khoya(maava)
  5. 1/2 tsp green cardamom powder
  6. 3 tsp roasted and chopped mixed nuts
  7. 3 tsp sugar(add more or less as per taste)
  8. 1 tsp ghee
  9. 4 drops Kewra essence
  10. 1 tsp cherries for garnish
  11. 4 tsp pistachio cut in long shape for garnish
  12. 1 inch silver warq for garnish


  1. Heat ghee in pan add milk and boil till quantity is remaining just 3/4 of original
  2. Now add cashew paste and green cardamom powder mix and continue stir
  3. After 3 min add maava and chopped nuts and stir
  4. Now add sugar and cook for 2 to 3 min.add boondi and again stir 3 to 4 min.now switch of gas,add 4 drops of kewra essence and cover the lid to seal the fragrance.
  5. Now Boondi ki kheer is ready to serve , garnish with long cut pistachio, cherries and silver warq.
