Ingredients to make Oats choco cookies

  • Oats 2 cups
  • all purpose flour(maida or u can use wheat flour) 1 cup
  • 1/2 cup gram flour(besan)
  • Powdered sugar 1/2 cup
  • Amul pro chocolate granular 1/2 cup or u can use coco powder
  • 1/2 cup ghee or vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 4 cardamom (elaychi)

How to make Oats choco cookies

  1. Dry roast the oats &let it cool
  2. Grind the oats
  3. Take a bowl &melt the ghee or vegetable oil
  4. Add powdered sugar &mix it (add cardamom (elaychi)while grinding sugar)
  5. Add oats powder in that mixture
  6. Sieve all purposes flour,gram flour,baking powder,salt in it
  7. Mix all well
  8. Add granular chocolate or coco powder in it
  9. Preheat the oven at 180°c
  10. Grease the tray
  11. Take a small ball of mixture and roll it well &press it or u can give any shape like stars as for cristmas occasion
  12. Bake the biscuits for 15 minutes at 180°c
  13. Let cool it down &serve it

My Tip:

You can also use coconut powder instead of coco you get coconut buiscuits.
