Strawberry Chocolate Sauce

Ingredients to make Strawberry Chocolate Sauce

  • Strawberries (chopped) 1 pack
  • Coco powder 2/3 cup
  • corn syrup 2/3 cup
  • Semisweet chocolate 225 gms (chopped)
  • Strawberry flavored liqueur 3 tbsp
  • salt just a pinch

How to make Strawberry Chocolate Sauce

  1. In a saucepan, bring strawberry, coca powder and 1 cup water to a boil, reduce the heat to medium.
  2. Boil and whisk constantly for 2 minutes.
  3. Turn off the heat and keep aside to cool slightly. Hand blend and strain. Again add in a sauce pan and put on low heat to simmer.
  4. Add chocolate and strawberry liqueur, stir to combine.
  5. Keep whisking constantly, until the chocolate melts, this takes about 2 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat, sprinkle in the salt.
  7. Cool for 30 minutes and have it with any desired accompaniment.

don't cook on over heat
