ABOUT Strawberry panna cotta RECIPE

It is an italian desert which is very delicious and easy to make with few ingredents.it is ppperfect party desert.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1/2 cup cream
  2. 1/4 cup milk
  3. 1/2 cup sugar
  4. 2 tsp gelatin
  5. 2 tbsp strawberry crush
  6. 3 strawberry chopped
  7. 1 strawberry and mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. TAKE MILK AND CREAM
  2. ADD THEM IN A PAN AND STIR
  3. SOAK GELATIN IN 1 TBSP WATER
  4. LEAVE IT FOR 5 MIN.
  5. NOW ADD IT IN MILK CREAM MIX AND ADD SUGAR
  6. MIX FINELY AND ADD STRAWBERRY CRUSH
  7. OUR MIX IS READY CHOP STRAWBERRIES
  8. ADD IT'S PIECES IN MOULD
  9. AND POUR GENTLY MIX WITH SPOON AND SET IN FREEZE FOR 3 HOURS
  10. NOW TAKE MOULD OUT FROM FREEZE AND DEMOULD
  11. GARNISH WITH MINT
  12. STRAWBERRY SAUCE AND STRAWBERRY
