ABOUT Gulkand Peanut Butter Ganache Kisses RECIPE

Kisses prepared from Dark chocolate, gulkand and peanut butter tastes amazing. It can be eaten as a dessert or can be used for garnishing cake, cookies or cupcakes.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Sweet or semisweet dark chocolate – 125 gms
  2. Full fat cream – 100 gms
  3. Peanut butter – 1tbsp
  4. Butter - 1 tbsp
  5. Gulkand – 2 tbsp
  6. Garnishing – Golden ball sprinklers

Instructions

  1. Chop Dark chocolate. Melt it in a double boiler or microwave for 1 minute. If using microwave keep checking after every 10 seconds.
  2. Keep stirring after each cooking interval. Do this till chocolate melts completely
  3. Boil cream in another pan. add Peanut butter and Gulkand. Stir.
  4. Add melted chocolate. Mix well till it incorporates well with each other.
  5. Let it cool. Refrigerate for an hour.
  6. Line baking sheets with parchment paper or butter paper.
  7. Spoon the chocolate Gulkand mixture into piping bag with plain nozzle. Pipe little kisses on a butter paper
  8. Keep in the refrigerator for 2-3hrs or until firm.
  9. Serve or use it for garnishing cake.
