Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1.25 cup maida
  2. 1tsp Vanilla essence
  3. 1/2 cup Sugar
  4. 3/4 cupghee

Instructions

  1. Combine flour sugar vanilla essence in a large bowel
  2. And mix it well,
  3. Add ghee.
  4. And mix it well.
  5. Knead a soft dough.butter is the secret to light nankhatais.
  6. Place the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes
  7. After the chill time roll the Dough into a big circle preheat oven at 350 degree
  8. One way is to use A Cookie Cutter and cut out the nankhatai
  9. Place them on a baking tray
  10. Place them in the preheated oven
  11. And baked it 15 minutes
