Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. All purpose flour-1 and 1/2 cup
  2. Olive oil-2 table spoon
  3. Dry active yeast - 2 teaspoon
  4. Luke warm water -1/4 cup
  5. Luke warm milk -1/2 cup
  6. Sugar - 2 tea spoon
  7. Salt-1/2 teaspoon
  8. Peanut butter - 2-3 table spoon

Instructions

  1. Sift flour and keep aside.
  2. Add yeast and sugar in lukewarm water and stir with a fork and keep aside.
  3. After 10 or 12 minutes you will see the yeast blooming.give it a stir again.
  4. Add salt,milk,olive oil and yeast in the flour and knead it gently to make a soft and supple dough.
  5. Transfer the dough into a greased bowl and cover it with a moist kitchen towel or cling wrap it. Keep the dough aside to rise into double it's size. This may take 1-2 hours or even more, depending on the quality of the yeast used in it.
  6. Once the dough rises to double, transfer it to the counter and deflate it. 10-Transfer to baking sheet. Cut slits on both sides spacing them about 1-inch apart (or about 2 cm), leaving the centre intact.Twist each strip twice, pressing the ends into the baking sheet.
  7. Once the dough rises to the double transfer it to the counter and deflate it.
  8. Dust the hands and again knead the dough for 10 minutes.
  9. Line a baking tray with parchment paper. 9-make 3 balls and roll them and Cut out in the shape of a Christmas tree. Evenly spread peanut butter on one sheet of pastry. Place the other cut out sheet of on top. Spread peanut butter on second sheet.again place third sheet over it
  10. Transfer to baking sheet. Cut slits on both sides spacing them about 1-inch apart (or about 2 cm), leaving the centre intact.Twist each strip twice, pressing the ends into the baking sheet.
  11. Brush it with milk.Bake for 15-20 minutes at 200°C until golden.
  12. Allow to cool for 5 minutes.lightly brush with butter.
