Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 2cup all purpose flour
  2. 1/2cup custurd powder
  3. 3/4cup malai
  4. 3/4tsp baking powder
  5. 1/4tsp baking soda
  6. 3/4cup sugar
  7. 1/2tsp salt
  8. 1/4 cup oil
  9. 1/2cup milk
  10. 2tsp Hershey's chocolate syrup
  11. 1-2 tsp icing sugar
  12. 1-2tsp sugar coated fennel

Instructions

  1. Sieve maida baking powder baking soda, custurd powder salt
  2. Mix together sugar malai
  3. Add oil mix together nicely
  4. Make dough refrigerate it for few minutes
  5. Make cookies of desired shape.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes at 180 degree
  7. Garnish it with chocolate syrup fennel and icing sugar
