Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Desicated coconut- 2 cup
  2. Milk-1 cup
  3. KHOYA-100GM
  4. Clarified butter- 1tablespoons
  5. Sugar- 1cup
  6. Cardamom powder- 1/4teaspoon
  7. Saffron- 1 pinch
  8. Malai-1tablespoons
  9. Cashewnut- 1tablespoons
  10. Orange food colour -2drops

Instructions

  1. Heat milk in a heavy bottom pan.
  2. When its start to boiling add sugar, cardamom powder,Saffron.2
  3. When its reduced to 1/4 of its original quantity add khoya, malai.
  4. Now add desicated coconut and mix well.
  5. Now add clarified butter and continue stirring till barfi consistency.
  6. Add Orange food colour and mix well.
  7. Now switch off the flam and and pour in grease tray.
  8. Set for an hour cut into pieces and garnish with cashewnut.
