Ingredients to make Anjeery Merry Christmas and New Year. ( Fig Halwa)

  • anjeer (figs dried) 300 grms
  • Milkmaid ( condensed milk. ) 300 ml.
  • Milk 600 ml.( With malai, fresh cream)
  • ghee 3 tbsp.
  • almonds 12 to 15.
  • cashews 20 no.
  • cinnamon powder 1/2 tsp.

How to make Anjeery Merry Christmas and New Year. ( Fig Halwa)

  1. Make small bits of Anjeer.
  2. Soak in warm milk for 45 minutes.
  3. Till that blanch Almonds and chop.
  4. Dry grind Cashews .
  5. Blend Anjeer to a smooth paste.
  6. Heat ghee in a pan. Cook Anjeer paste , condensed milk and ghee ( clarified butter) in a pan.
  7. Cook till it leaves the sides of the pan. Add grounded Cashews.
  8. Keep under the fan to cool.
  9. Add little edible green colour to your Halwa till little warm so can get mixed well.
  10. Make a shape of Christmas Tree and decorate. Make border of blanched and Chopped Almonds.
  11. And here is your decorated Christmas Tree.
