This is chocolate loaded cookies with coconut as secret ingredient
I will make this for my kids.
Melt butter and chocolate in microwave safe bowl
In another bowl mix flour salt and baking soda
In another bowl beat egg and sugar and vanilla essence.
Beat till pale in colour
Now add flour mixture and toasted coconut flakes to egg sugar mixture.
Now mix melted chocolate and butter to this mixture.
Keep this in fridge for spread 2 hr
Now make round ball shape of this mixture. And roll in icing sugar
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degree for 12 -15 mins
Garnish with icing sugar and serve
