Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. For Dosa Batter: Rice - 3 cups
  2. 1 cup Urad dal
  3. 1 cup Chana dal
  4. Baking soda - 1 tsp
  5. Salt - to taste
  6. ingredients of sambar
  7. 1 cup tur dal soaked
  8. 1 chopped onions
  9. 1bowl chopped onions 1bowl chopped tamatoes


  1. Dosa Batter:1..Mix all the above ingredients ... . Make a proper batter of it.. Keep it aside for 7 to 8 hours .in a bowl add idli batter.add oil 2... In a bowl add 3 tsp of water & pinch of soda mix properly... add it it to idli batter .mix it properly
  2. keep it in an idli mould 5.cook for 20 mins
  3. Idli ready
  4. In a cokker add oil .. Add onions , ginger garlic green chilly paste ...saute for 5 to 6 mins.Add red chilly powder turmeric powder salt mix properly... add tamaotoes mix well.Add dal water ... whisel it in cooker ( 2 to 3)After whisel beat it lii In a pan add oil sambar masal , dry red chilly, kadi pata saute n turn it out in sambar Sambar ready
