Everyone loves franky! Right?? So I have one mothwatering dish for you all.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Maida 1 cup
  2. Curd 1/2 cup
  3. Salt a pinch
  4. Tomato 1
  5. Cabbage 1
  6. Onion 1
  7. Mixed herbs 2 spoons
  8. Red chilli flakes 2 spoons
  9. Vinegar 1 spoon
  10. Tomato sauce 2 spoons
  11. Water 1 cup
  12. Oil 1 cup
  13. Cheese 2 cups
  14. Black pepper powder 1 spoon
  15. Ginger-garlic paste 1 spoon

Instructions

  1. First we will make franky roti. In a bowl take maida, salt, water, oil , curd and make dough of it. Roll the rotis. On tawa roast it from both sides. Don't put oil.
  2. In a pan add oil, ginger-garlic paste, tomato, onions, cabbage, salt, mixed herbs, red chilli flakes, vinegar, tomato sauce, black pepper powder, and cook it for sometime.
  3. Now take 1 roti and spread the stuffing, add grated cheese and give shape of franky i.e fold from sides.
  4. On tawa put some oil and then roast it from both sides.
  5. You can have it as it is. No sauce is required as we already added tomato sauce in stuffing.
  6. Franky is ready to serve.
