ABOUT Baked Sweet Potatoes... RECIPE

An wholesome and healthy bake. This is just right for a perfect breakfast to kickstart your day with new zeal and enthusiasm. They are rich in Vit. A in the form of beta carotene. Heart friendly and full of dietary fibres, these are anti inflammatory too. Calm on stomach and full of vitamins and minerals.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Sweet Potatoes 1 kg
  2. Olive oil 2 tbsp
  3. Crystal sugar 2 tbsp


  1. Wash and scrub the potatoes well.
  2. Pat dry them with a clean kitchen towel.
  3. Add sugar and olive oil to a mixing bowl.
  4. Add sweet potatoes with the edges cut off.
  5. Toss well until coated nicely with the olive oil sugar mix.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven on 240° for 35 minutes.
  7. Serve them hot for a lovely wholesome breakfast along with a mug of oats milk.
