ABOUT Jhatpat Macaroni RECIPE

This is a quick recipe of macaroni with a little Indian touch, a perfect breakfast option.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 cup macaroni
  2. 2 chopped onion
  3. Salt
  4. 1/4 tsp red chilly powder
  5. Oregano - 1/2 tsp
  6. 2 tsp butter
  7. Green Coriander leaves [handful]


  1. Put macaroni in a pressure cooker with salt and oil. Add required amount of water and close the lid.
  2. Cook till 1 whistle is achieved. Open and mix it. Keep aside.
  3. Pour cold water on it
  4. Now heat butter in a pan and saute the chopped onions.
  5. Now add the cooked macaroni and give it a mix.
  6. Put salt and mix well. Sprinkle oregano.
  7. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
