ABOUT Veggie -Malai sandwiches RECIPE

This is a quick and easy breakfast, a delicious sandwich ,made with cream and loads of veggies.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Bread slices 8
  2. Capsicum 1
  3. Onion 1
  4. Carrot 1
  5. Cabbage 1tbsp grated
  6. Tomato 1
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Gren chilli chopped 2
  9. Coriander leaves a handfull
  10. Black pepper 1tsp
  11. Red chilli flakes 1/2tsp
  12. Ghee/ butter 2 tsp
  13. Malai thick 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Chop all the veggies finely
  2. In a pan, add malai, all chopped veggies ,salt, black pepper and red chilli powder
  3. Put between the bread pieces and make sandwiches
  4. Grill using butter /ghee
