loo kachoris are a mouth drooling kachoris stuffed with tangy-spicy potato masala that will make everyone drool for sure. Many of us usually prepare these crusty, flaked deep fried kachoris stuffed with numerous types of filling. Today we have an amazing and simple recipe of steaming hot and really tempting aloo kachoris with you all. Like all kachoris, these kachoris are too delicious and will make everyone tempt to eat more

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup wheat flour
  2. 4 potato
  3. 2 green chilli
  4. Green coriandar
  5. Salt
  6. Oil
  7. 1/2 tsp amchur powdar
  8. 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powdar

Instructions

  1. .Add wheat flour, salt to a bowl and mix well.  Add 1 teaspoon of oil and rub it well with your fingers so that it gets mixed well with the flour.
  2. .  Add water little by little and knead it to a firm dough.
  3. Pressure cook potato for 3 – 4 whistles or until they get cooked well.  Allow it to cool.  Peel the skin and grate all. Potato...  Add chopped greenchilli, amchur, green coriander,salt,cumin powdar and mix them well
  4. 7.  Take each ball and roll it into a circle of 2 1/2″ in diameter.  Place 1 to 2 tablespoons of filling in the center.  Bring together all the sides and seal it well.  Remove the excess dough .
  5. 6. Now gently press the stuffed dough balls into thick kachoris or you can use rolling pin for that.
