ABOUT Buttermilk Pancakes with Strawberry Preserve RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup all-purpose flour
  2. 1 tsp baking powder
  3. 2 tbsp sugar
  4. 1 generous pinch of baking soda
  5. 1 cup buttermilk (Add 2 tbsp of vinegar to 1 cup milk)
  6. Salt

Instructions

  1. In two seperate bowl whisk the dry and wet ingredients.
  2. Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and then pour in the wet mixture.
  3. Mix gently until combined.
  4. Heat a pan.
  5. Scoop out the pancake mixture.
  6. Don't spread the batter.
  7. When you could see the bubbles, Flip the pancake.
  8. Once done remove it to the serving plate and serve immediately with honey or any of your favourite toppings.
