Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Bread - 6 slice
  2. Green chutney - 2 tbsp
  3. Tomato sauce - 2 tbsp
  4. Green chilly - 3 - 4
  5. Curry leaves - 10 - 12
  6. Black mustard seeds / rai - 1 tbsp
  7. Salt - to taste
  8. Sugar - 1 tsp
  9. Clarified butter - 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Spread green chutney on one side of the bread
  2. Cover this bread with other slice of the bread.
  3. Now apply tomato sauce on it.
  4. Now cover this with other slice of bread
  5. Heat butter on a pan
  6. Add mustard seeds,curry leaves and green chilly to crackle
  7. Place the sandwich in it in the medium flame for 2 mins
  8. Then turn over it for other side
  9. Take a bowl add salt,sugar and 2 spoon of water
  10. Sprinkle salt,sugar water on the bread
  11. Cut into four square pieces and serve
