  • Gramflour 1 cup
  • Green chilli 4 chopped
  • coriander leaves a handfull
  • oil 2tsp
  • mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • sugar 1 tsp
  • lemon juice 1/2 lemon
  • curry leaves 6-8

How to make 4 minutes dhokla in a microwave

  1. Prepare batter of gramflour,baking soda, citric acid crystals,salt and water like idli batter.
  2. Pour it in microwave safe bowl after greasing it
  3. Now microwave it on high power for 4 minutes
  4. Cut it in dhokla shape with the help of a knife
  5. Prepare the tempering by heating oil
  6. Crackle mustard seeds add curry leaves green chilli sugar,lemon juice and little water
  7. Let it cook for a minute
  8. Pour the tempering over the dhokla
  9. Garnish with coriander leaves

My Tip:

If you find dhoklas not cooked properly you can cook it for few more minutes as microwave temperature differs.
