ABOUT Chorafali RECIPE

This is served in a Gujarati breakfast, thali and is absolutely delicious to eat.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup chickpea flour
  2. 1 cup urad dal flour
  3. 1/8 tsp baking soda
  4. 1 tsp oil+for deep frying
  5. Salt to taste
  6. 1/4 cup water
  7. 2 tsp redchilly powder
  8. 1 tsp black salt

Instructions

  1. boil 1/4 cup water with a pinch of salt and 1tsp oil in a small pan
  2. Mix flour and baking soda
  3. Add water
  4. Knead dough.Keep aside for 10 minutes.
  5. Then make one rolled circle from dough,make stripe from the center..
  6. Heat oil and deep frying chorafali.
  7. Mix black salt ,redchilly powder and sprinkle on chorafali.
