Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. For dressing
  2. 2 tbs olive oil
  3. Coriender leaves
  4. 1 tsp garlic paste
  5. 2 tsp oregano
  6. Lemon juice 3 tbsp
  7. 3/4tsp cumin pwr
  8. 1/4 tsp chilli flakes
  9. Salad
  10. Lettce
  11. Tomatoes 1 chopped
  12. Corn 1 tbsp boil
  13. 1/2 cup beans boiled
  14. Spring onion 1 tbsp


  1. Mix all the dressing ingredients in a glass.
  2. In a bowl add the all chopped salad dressing and toss the ingredients.as you toss the salad through. The delicius mexian salad is ready to be served.
