ABOUT Schezwany Treat RECIPE

Most of us have a great liking for noodles when we talk about Chinese cuisine. This Indo-Chinese recipe was my first attempt with Hakka noodles.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 Packet hakka noodles
  2. Oil as required
  3. 1 cup shredded cabbage
  4. 1 cup sliced green capsicum
  5. 2 carrots sliced
  6. 1/2 cup sliced onion
  7. 1 cup sliced beans
  8. 1 tsp vinegar
  9. 1 tbsp chilli sauce
  10. Salt and Pepper as per taste

Instructions

  1. Boil the noodles as per the instructions on the package.
  2. While boiling it, add a little oil and a pinch of salt.
  3. When the noodles became tender, strain it with cold water and keep aside.
  4. Heat some oil in a pan and add all the vegetables.
  5. Toss for a while on a high flame and keep mixing them.
  6. When the vegetables became soft add in the noodles, salt, pepper, vinegar and chilli sauce. Saute for 2-3 minutes.
  7. Serve it hot.
