ABOUT Almond & Dates Milk [No Sugar] RECIPE

When in chilled weather and down with fever and throat infection, this drink comes to your rescue, providing all the warmth and energy needed to recover fast.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Milk - 4.5 cups
  2. Pitted dates - 12 to 15
  3. Almonds - 10 to 15

Instructions

  1. Coarsely grind almonds and keep aside.
  2. Roughly chop the dates. Add in about 2 tbsp of milk and blend them to a puree.
  3. In a saucepan, pour in the milk. Add the dates puree and ground almonds.
  4. Let the milk boil until it reduces by almost 20 %.
  5. Pour the milk in cups and serve hot.
