Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Oats powder - 1/2 bowl
  2. Wheat flour - 1/2 bowl
  3. Boiled moong dal sprout - 4 tbsp
  4. Fenugreek / methi sprout - 2 tbsp
  5. Crushed whole coriander seeds - 1/2 tsp
  6. Whole cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
  7. Amchur / dried mango powder - 1/4 tsp
  8. Grated ginger - 1/2 tsp
  9. Salt - to taste
  10. Oil - 1 tbsp
  11. Clarified butter - 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan
  2. Add cumin seeds,crushed whole coriander seeds to crackle.
  3. Add moong dal sprout,methi sprout,red chilly powder,dried mango powder / amchur powder,ginger and salt and mix well.
  4. Saute for 3 - 4 mins.
  5. Now stuffing is ready
  6. Take a large bowl add wheat flour,oats powder and salt and mix well.
  7. With the help of water to make a soft dough.
  8. Divide the dough into equal size balls.
  9. Stuff the filling in the dough and roll out paratha.
  10. On a heated pan make paratha applying clarifing butter on both the sides.
  11. Serve hot
