Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Coriander leaves
  2. Urad dal 1 tsp
  3. Green chilli 2
  4. Salt
  5. Oil
  6. Onion 1
  7. Garlic 4 pods
  8. Grated coconut 4 tsp
  9. Mustard seeds 1/2
  10. Curry leaves

Instructions

  1. Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan add urad dal and saute for 1 min and keep aside
  2. In the same oil, add chopped onion, garlic, coriander leaves and saute for 1 min and keep aside
  3. Grind the above items with roasted urad dal grated Coconut and green chillies. Now chutney is ready
  4. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds , curry leaves and add it to above chutney
